This policy distinguishes statutory consumer rights from dissatisfaction with an indexing outcome.
1. Mandatory rights
Rights granted by applicable consumer law cannot be excluded by this policy. A consumer may submit a withdrawal, cancellation or refund request to [email protected] with the account email and payment reference.
2. Unused credit and withdrawal
A withdrawal request concerning unused digital credit is assessed within the statutory withdrawal period. Where immediate digital performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory exception and the portion already performed may apply.
3. Consumed credit
Credit consumed by an accepted URL submission represents a digital service already requested or performed. No refund is provided merely because a URL is indexed late, is not indexed, later leaves the index, or does not obtain an expected ranking. Statutory rights relating to a defective or entirely unperformed service remain reserved.
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically and legally possible. Identity, account and payment ownership may be verified to prevent fraud. Processing and bank reflection times are communicated with the decision.
5. Service interruption
If Index Grab permanently ceases the service, unused remaining purchased balance is reviewed for refund. Trial, promotional, transferred or already consumed credit is excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
