This framework applies to digital credit purchases completed remotely. The buyer identity, selected package, quantity, total price and transaction reference displayed and accepted at checkout complete the transaction-specific agreement.
1. Parties
Service operator: Index Grab. Contact: [email protected]. Buyer: the account holder whose information is confirmed at checkout.
2. Subject and formation
The agreement covers the sale and electronic delivery of Index Grab digital credits. It is formed when the buyer reviews the pre-information, accepts the agreement and submits the payment order. The checkout record and these policies are stored with the order.
3. Payment and delivery
The total price is the amount displayed in Turkish lira at checkout. Credit is delivered only to the purchasing account after the payment provider reports and Index Grab verifies a successful payment. A failed, cancelled or unverified transaction does not create a delivery obligation.
4. Performance of the service
Each URL submission consumes the displayed amount of credit and starts the requested digital service. Search engines remain independent; an accepted submission does not promise an indexing or ranking result.
5. Withdrawal, refunds and disputes
Withdrawal and refund rights are governed by mandatory law and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in this agreement removes non-waivable consumer rights. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court subject to applicable monetary and territorial rules.
