Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-07-30-v2

1. Service scope

Index Grab submits URLs to external crawling or indexing systems and provides workflow tracking. It does not control Google or any other search engine and does not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking, processing time, or permanence in search results.

2. Balance validity

The usability and value of purchased or regular manually assigned balance is guaranteed for one month from the date it is credited. After that month, continued validity, value, pricing equivalence, or usability is not guaranteed; Index Grab may adjust or expire remaining balance due to inflation, operating costs, service policy, or operational changes.

Promotional trial balance is valid for seven days from the time it is assigned. Any unused trial amount expires automatically at the end of that period. Expiration is applied only to the unused portion of the relevant trial grant and does not reduce purchased or regular balance.

Balance and credits are personal to the account, cannot be transferred, resold, or converted to cash, and do not earn interest.

3. Charges and testing responsibility

The displayed amount is charged when a submission is accepted for processing. Users should test the service with a small number of URLs and verify suitability before submitting a large batch. Wrong, duplicate, blocked, low-quality, unauthorized, or technically unsuitable URLs remain the user’s responsibility.

The user is solely responsible for entering the correct sitemap address, confirming that the sitemap can be read, reviewing its contents, and ensuring that it contains the intended current URLs. A sitemap being syntactically readable at one moment does not mean that every URL is valid, reachable, owned, authorized, indexable, or suitable for submission. Index Grab is not responsible for an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, misleading, unauthorized, unavailable, or later changed sitemap or for the user’s failure to inspect it before enabling manual or automatic processing.

Before submission, the user must check each target for noindex directives, X-Robots-Tag headers, robots.txt restrictions, login or authorization barriers, incorrect canonical tags, redirect chains, DNS or TLS errors, firewall/WAF blocks, rate limits, removed or duplicate content, JavaScript rendering requirements, and HTTP 4xx or 5xx responses. Hosting outages, slow servers, connection failures, inaccessible assets, crawl-budget limits, content quality, search-engine policies, manual actions, and any other technical or editorial condition that prevents crawling or indexing remain outside Index Grab’s responsibility. These conditions may arise before, during, or after a submission and must be monitored by the user.

4. No indexing refund

An accepted submission is the purchased service. No balance restoration, refund, or compensation is provided because some or all URLs are not indexed, are indexed slowly, later leave the index, or do not achieve an expected ranking or business result.

No indexing guarantee is given under any plan, balance type, sitemap mode, URL type, status label, estimate, or processing duration. A submitted, processed, completed, or indexed status records the service workflow and does not constitute a promise that the URL is currently visible in Google or any other search engine. Failure caused by noindex, robots rules, 4xx/5xx responses, server unavailability, sitemap errors, technical defects, content quality, or any other obstacle does not create a refund right for consumed credit.

If Index Grab can conclusively verify that a submission could not be accepted for processing, the related internal balance charge may be reversed. This is an account correction, not a cash refund.

5. Exceptional cash refund

A cash refund may be considered only if Index Grab formally declares that the service has permanently ceased or can no longer be provided. Only the unused remaining balance is eligible; consumed balance is excluded. The receiving bank account/IBAN must be the original payment source and its account holder must exactly match the registered customer. If these conditions or required records do not match, no refund is made.

This operational rule does not remove mandatory withdrawal, refund, defective-service or other non-waivable consumer rights. Online purchases are also governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Google and third-party changes

No refund or compensation is provided for interruptions, restrictions, delays, or result changes caused by Google decisions, algorithm or policy updates, crawl budgets, API restrictions, penalties, rate limits, or discontinuation of third-party services.

7. Acceptable use

You may submit only URLs you own or are authorized to manage. Spam, malware, phishing, unlawful content, fraudulent manipulation, limit bypassing, unauthorized resale, and automated abuse are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Account responsibility

You are responsible for account security and all activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly about unauthorized access. Attempts to create multiple accounts to bypass rules may result in suspension.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Index Grab is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, rankings, traffic, data, or business opportunity resulting from use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes and continued use

Index Grab may update these terms. The effective version is shown on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance; significant changes may require a new explicit confirmation.
