Data we process
Index Grab processes account details, submitted URLs, balance and transaction records, policy acceptances, support messages, and security logs required to operate and protect the service.
How data is used
Data is used to provide indexing workflows, secure accounts, document user instructions and policy acceptance, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain legal and operational records.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides Index Grab with your unique account identifier, verified email address, first name, and last name for account creation, matching, and authentication. Index Grab does not receive or store your Google password. OAuth access and ID tokens are used only to complete the active sign-in request and are not stored in the account database.
Service processing
Submitted URLs are processed by secure server-side systems solely to perform the requested service. Internal credentials, security details, and raw system responses are not exposed to users.
Security and retention
Access is restricted by role. Records are retained for operational, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal needs. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
Payment processing
When online payment is enabled, the authorized payment service provider processes card details on its secure interface. Index Grab receives only the transaction reference, amount, currency, status, limited payer/order information and fraud-prevention records needed to verify and reconcile the payment. Index Grab does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Data controller and requests
The service is operated under the Index Grab brand. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. Identity and account ownership may be verified before a request is fulfilled.
