Is a 200 response an indexing guarantee?
No. A 200 response confirms reachability; content quality, canonical, robots and search-engine decisions remain separate.
Are robots.txt and noindex the same?
No. Robots controls crawling access while noindex is an indexing directive when the page can be fetched; they are separate signals.
Why can a check result change later?
Search results vary by region, data center, query and search-engine updates; the result belongs to the check time.
